Advisory Board of the Graduate School of Education
The Advisory Board of the Graduate School of Education (GSE) at Nazarbayev University is an advisory body that provides external expertise, strategic guidance, and advocacy in support of the School’s mission and development. The Board contributes to shaping GSE’s academic programs, research priorities, and strategic initiatives in line with national and international best practices.
Mission
The Advisory Board supports academic excellence, innovation, and inclusivity by advising on policies, programs, and initiatives that strengthen graduate education, research, and student experience. It also promotes collaboration with industry, alumni, and external partners to enhance professional opportunities for GSE students and graduates.

Composition and Governance
The Advisory Board is established by the Dean of GSE and consists of representatives from academia, industry, and alumni. Members are appointed for one academic year, with the possibility of renewal. The Board is chaired by an elected member and meets at least twice per academic year.
Role of Members
Board members serve as advisors and ambassadors of GSE, actively participating in meetings, providing strategic input, upholding ethical standards, and maintaining confidentiality.
