Key functional duties

  • Leading school documentation support

Key positional duties

  • Development and implementation of normative documentation of the School;
  • Reception, in the established manner, completed School documents;
  • Registration and processing of incoming and outgoing correspondence in the electronic document management system;
  • Making records and ensuring the safety of documents and school records accepted for safekeeping;
  • Sorting and examining the value of documents;
  • Ensuring timely processing of incoming and outgoing correspondence, its delivery to destination;
  • Taking control over the timely and high-quality execution of documents and instructions from Senior leadership team of the School;
  • Developing nomenclature of the files the School.


  • Higher, preferably in higher education institutions with English-medium instruction;

Prioritized majors: documentation support (in the absence of this major, the availability of certificates for the of advanced training in the field of documentation); jurisprudence; other humanitarian specialties.

  • Master’s degree is welcomed.

Required professional experience (duration, field)

  • with undergraduate degree or specialist at least 3 years in the specialty in the areas corresponding to the functional areas of the particular position (preferably in the field of documentation support, archive business);
  • with Master’s degree work experience  at least 2 years in the specialty in areas corresponding to the functional areas of a particular position.

  • Knowledge of legislation in the field of documentation support and documentation control;
  • Knowledge of documentation control and rules of archives; System of storage and classification of documents; Composition, content of documents and information retrieval systems;

Proficiency in languages, including state language, (list of languages):

Excellent speaking and writing skills in Kazakh, Russian and English (advanced)


Computer skills

High skills of computer knowledge (OS Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Excel). Knowledge of electronic document management system
