The PEER Network Central Asia Hub’s first online research seminar

Nazarbayev University Graduate School of Education is delighted to invite you to the first in a series online research seminar “Happy Soviet childhood”: forging “new citizens” in schools led by Anel Kulakhmetova, Associate Professor at Suleiman Demirel University, Kazakhstan. 

The seminar is part of the research seminar series organized by Central Asia Hub of PEER Network as a platform for knowledge sharing (https://peernetworkgcrf.org/). The PEER Network is a three-year initiative led by four universities (Ulster, Cape Town, Nazarbayev and Sussex). The core objective of the PEER Network is to develop a critical and locally grounded approach to Political Economy Analysis of Education that will help national, regional and global level policymakers and practitioners make socially just decisions about investments in education that benefit children in contexts of conflict and crisis.
