Job duties and functions

 

1)      Compilation and preparation for approval of the budget of expenses and incomes, as well as plans for the movement of funds of the Institution for the coming year and the correction of these documents;

2)      formation of medium-term budget requests of the Institution for the upcoming 3 years;

3)      compilation of economically justified calculations of services (works) rendered by the Institution;

4)      monitoring and reporting on the implementation of the budget expenditures and revenues of the Institution;

5)      forecasting the results of financial and economic activities of the Institution;

6)      preparation of references, information and analytical materials for summary reports, presentations for the management of the Institution;

7)      consideration and approval of draft agreements and other documents of the Institution within his/her competence;

8)      timely and proper fulfillment of other orders of the Head of division and the Institution management within the framework of his/her responsibilities and powers.
