Prof. Simon Thompson Delivers Guest Lecture on Inclusive and Adaptive Teaching at NUGSE

Yesterday, Graduate School of Education hosted an inspiring guest lecture by Professor Simon Thompson, Deputy Pro-Vice-Chancellor (International) at the University of Sussex (UK). The session, titled “Same Classroom, Different Journeys: How Can Adaptive Teaching Drive Learning for All?” explored key ideas of inclusive pedagogy, adaptive teaching, and the importance of reflection in professional practice.

Through interactive exercises and discussion, participants reflected on how teachers can stretch, challenge, and support all learners, creating classrooms where everyone can thrive. The lecture concluded with an engaging Q&A, where participants shared thoughtful reflections.
