The Library made a great impression on students

You are going to be indeed the very first full time Master's students. That is a lot of expectations on your shoulders. I do hope that your faculty here would work very hard with you.  I hope that they will be extremely demanding of you. A lot of expectations rest on your shoulders because you afterwards are expected to lead education reform here in Kazakhstan. You are the leaders, future leaders of education reform in Kazakhstan. And I do not think I need to repeat how important education reform it is because development of next generation, future generation is going to be one of the big challenges for Kazakhstan. In particular, as you know from Mr.President's speech, he is already projecting forward. He said that we need to move away from resource based, industry based economy to one which is purely going to be hard, building knowledge based economy, knowledge based society. And invite to education leadership is going to be the core of all this effort.
