GSE held a workshop “Research Management and Administration” as part of Newton - Al-Farabi Partnership Programme
How to build a strong team for carrying out a research project? What are the principles of project management that would be most effective when running a research project? How to avoid violations of research ethics? These questions were discussed during "Research Management and Administration" workshop held on 18-19 May 2016 at the Professional Development and Engagement Centre of Nazarbayev University Graduate School of Education. The workshop comes second from the series of seminars that will be held as part of the Newton - Al-Farabi Partnership Programme at the NUGSE. Workshop participants had a privilege to work with Tara Mitchell, Canada and Amos Fatakun, UK as trainers of the workshop. Over 20 participants representing various educational organizations in Astana, including Gumilyov Eurasian National University, Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools, Eurasian Institute for the Humanities, Kazakhstan Branch of Lomonosv Moscow State University, Astana Medical University, Astana National Laboratory, Nazarbayev University and Seifullin Kazakh Agro Technical University, took part in the workshop.
